Contractor Services, Inc. has worked from day one to embed a safety culture into all that we do, and we believe in leading by example. In addition to the advanced training our leadership team has, we also attend the same trainings, side by side, as our frontline employees. As a company, we also maintain an open-door policy to ensure that any concern can be relayed at any time.

Our work is critical to the safety of the traveling public and the hardworking men and women in the construction zones near live traffic. As a team, we work each day to ensure that we’re challenging complacency in order to prevent accidents and maintain our focus on safety. There simply cannot be exceptions, nor can we strive only for the status quo.

Our teams conduct safety briefings before beginning jobs, hold each other accountable and attend regular training. We are constantly working with officials and other contractors as we identify potential hazards so we can all get home safely at the end of the day.
